Linda joined Embocraft T C July 2010- a grandmother of 5 –feels she was given second chance on life in 2013 following a health scare has been dedicating her life to uplifting the lives of previously disadvantaged community members since then.
Carolyn Webster, wife and mother of a teenager- joined E T C in 2012 as a part time Fundraiser and her efforts to date have been phenomenal. Carolyn has worked with many charity based organisations and has a passion for her work.
Mpilo joined ETC in 2000. He started as a field worker with the trainers and today is a jack of all trades – his main activities include Arts and Crafts trainer and Basic computer trainer, company driver and general assistant
Thandi has been with ETC since 1994, working with the founder as an assistant and eventually worked her way through the ranks to head sewing trainer which she is still doing so well. Although she is past retirement age – Thandi does not consider giving up her work with the community.
First joined our staff as a production assistant in 2012 and following a short time away in 2014 she rejoined in 2015.
She had been a student of Thandi Mtheku.
Today she is our Advanced sewing trainer, teaching selected basic sewing graduates on Industrial machines.
Started 2014 began as a cleaner and is now one of the ladies in our Income Generation section working on production for various clients.
Joined ETC in 2018 as assistant cleaner and production assistant in the Income generation section. She works part time together with Thembi and is being upskilled as a training assistant in the sewing programme
Eric is passionate about training
He has a wealth of skills to impart to our trainees.
Eric also run his own welding manufacturing business in his spare time called Iron Image making all sorts of wrought iron fabrication.
